Education · Hope · Opportunity
When a child can learn, a whole community can move forward
We bring education to the children in Africa who need it most, building opportunities from Mallorca.
Mallorca and Africa, united by education
About us
We turn concern into action
Elimu means education in Swahili. To us, it also means freedom, hope and equal opportunities.
We are a non-profit association founded in Mallorca by people who believe that education is one of the most powerful tools for transforming lives.

Our first major project
A home and school building a future in Nairobi
We work with St. Elizabeth Integrated Learning Centre to complete a building where children without a home can live and learn in a safe, dignified and stable environment.
Every wall, every window, every desk and every book is a chance to keep learning.
Every action counts

Education in Africa: a right, a challenge, a hope
Imagine a classroom with no roof, half-built walls and no windows, with broken desks and pencils that are shared or missing altogether.
